Head north out of Plain Township toward Hartville and the land opens into market gardens and long fields, and come autumn the maples along those roads let go all at once. Nathan's Lawn-n-Landscape follows the season straight through it — mowing while there is still growth, then hauling the fall off the turf so the grass goes under winter breathing. In summer it is the plain rhythm: cut, trim, run the borders, clear the concrete. Landscape beds get cut back once the frosts start and the perennials have said their piece. A yard put to bed properly is a promise made to the spring.
