About Commercial Land Management Systems, LLC

The lots along the US 33 corridor never really sleep in winter, and neither does the shift that keeps them open. Commercial Land Management Systems, LLC runs plows and salt across parking fields, loading aprons and fire lanes between Plain City and Marysville, working the hours when nobody is watching so that at seven it looks like nothing happened. Stacking matters here, because where the piles go decides whether tomorrow's melt refreezes across a walkway or drains off and disappears. Sidewalks come down to the concrete, entrances get treated first, and the striping shows through before the doors unlock. An empty, wet, black lot at sunrise is the entire point of the night.
