About Aurea Gardens LLC

Four in the morning west of Plain City is a colorless hour, until the plow lamps hit fresh snow and the whole field edge goes gold. Aurea Gardens LLC works that hour, pushing driveways and turnarounds open along the Route 42 farmland while the hedgerows still hold their drifts. Wind on this open ground rebuilds a lane about as fast as you cut it, so the job is patient: cut, widen, treat the walk, come back. When the sky finally turns over Union County the pavement is dark and wet and ready for the day. Gold is in the name, and it is also what an opened lane looks like under a work light before dawn.
