About Shield and Armour Lawn Care, LLC

By the middle of a dry August the fields go tan at the edges and lawns start telling on themselves, thinning where the sun hits hardest and holding green only in the shade of an old oak. Shield and Armour Lawn Care, LLC works with that, cutting a little higher when the heat sets in so the blades shade their own roots, and keeping trimming and edging sharp even when growth slows to a crawl. Ohio heat here is humid and heavy and then breaks all at once in a storm off the western horizon, which changes the whole week. Reading that rhythm is what keeps a yard even instead of striped with stress. The result is a lawn that carries through the hard stretch and looks like itself again by September.
