About Perez Landscaping & Landscape Ohio LLC

The first warm week of the year in Peru township is a loud one — every mower in the county starts at once, and the smell of it carries across that flat ground for miles. Perez Landscaping & Landscape Ohio takes that first cut seriously, because it sets the shape of a lawn for everything that follows: height right, edges brought back, walks blown clean. From there it becomes a weekly rhythm through the north-central summer, trimming tight around foundations and fence lines while the sky overhead does whatever it likes. By late October the yards need emptying rather than cutting, and the cleanup work carries the leaves off before the ground freezes hard. All of it is meant to be noticed once from the road and then never worried about again, which is exactly how a lawn done right feels.
