The Scioto bottomland around Pee Pee township holds some of the darkest soil in southern Ohio, and every April it shows — grass comes on early and comes on hard. E.L.A Landscaping opens the season out there on the flats the river laid down, taking the first cuts of the year across ground that has been waiting since October.
