About Beaver Landscaping

Morning in Pease township starts low: fog lying in the Ohio River bottom, ridge tops floating above it like islands until the sun burns the valley clear. Beaver Landscaping works the lawns that step down those hillsides toward the water, where a yard can change grade three times between the porch and the road. Mowing here is a matter of reading the slope — clean passes across the bank, string-trimmed lines around the retaining walls, edges cut sharp where grass meets gravel. By the time the fog lifts, the clippings are cleared and the turf reads as one unbroken green from the street. It is a good thing to look back at, in a valley that has always rewarded people who don't mind a hill.
