About Dr. Wood Arborist & Landsdape Specialist

Pataskala grew up along the South Fork of the Licking, where the old farm lanes still run out of the neighborhoods and straight into corn. Dr. Wood Arborist & Landsdape Specialist works that changing edge — tree care for the young maples set into new front yards, and for the bur oaks that were standing when the fields were only fields. Pruning is done with the next decade in mind: take the crossing limb now, and the tree carries itself for years. Tree health work means reading the leaves and the bark for what a tree is telling you, then answering it early rather than late. When one is truly finished, removal is the last service it needs, done cleanly so the ground is ready for whatever comes next.
