About ZLS Land Creations Inc.

There is a street in Parma actually named Snow Road, and some winters it earns the title outright. ZLS Land Creations Inc. spends those months making geometry out of white: pavement scraped square to its own edges, piles stacked where they will not block a sightline or bury a hydrant, salt worked into the shaded corners that stay slick after everything else has dried. Dawn is the deadline, because the whole point is that the lot or the drive is simply usable when people arrive and nobody has to think about it. Storms here can start as rain and finish as ice, so the work is as much about timing as muscle. Snow removal, Parma and the flat country toward the airport.
