About AllStar Property Management

At three in the morning the lots along Broadview Road sit empty and blue-white under the lights, and that is the best possible time to be working. AllStar Property Management plows Parma through the hours nobody watches — lots pushed out to the far corners, aprons opened, walks scraped and salted so the first car of the day never learns there was a storm. Lake Erie sends squalls down from the northwest with no regard for anyone's schedule, which is why the plan gets made in November and the phone stays on until March. Snow does not negotiate; it simply has to be moved, again, and moved right. By sunrise the pavement is dark and wet and the day can start on time.
