Walker's Lawncare

About Walker's Lawncare

There is an hour in an Ottawa township summer — seven, maybe half past — when the heat finally lifts off the pavement, the shade trees throw long shadows across the front yards, and the first fireflies come up out of the cut grass. Walker's Lawncare works toward that hour all week. Mowing in straight overlapping stripes so the light catches them from the porch, trimming clean around the trunks and the AC unit and the fence line, edging the drive so the turf stops exactly where it should. Spring cleanup to get the winter out of the beds, and again in the fall when the leaves come down all at once. The work is done the moment someone steps outside with a glass of iced tea and doesn't think about the yard at all.
