About HLM Property Management

Orwell sits where the lake decides to unload. A band sets up off Erie, tracks inland over the Ashtabula County farms, and a foot can be down by morning while a town thirty miles south saw flurries. HLM Property Management works both ends of that year — plowing, shoveling walks and steps, and salting through the snow-belt winter, then mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups once the fields go green again. A long gravel drive out here takes real pushing, and it is a fine sight when it comes open, banked clean on both sides, before the first car has to try it. Come July the same drive gets its shoulders trimmed and the yard cut, and the cycle starts over.
