A-1 Evans Snowplowing

About A-1 Evans Snowplowing

Ontario sits on high, open ground west of Mansfield, where Richland County catches whatever the wind carries across the fields and US 30 runs straight through the middle of it. A-1 Evans Snowplowing works the hours nobody sees — three, four in the morning, headlights and blowing snow and the long push down a lot from one end to the other. Storms here can start as rain and finish as glaze, so the salt matters as much as the blade. The reward comes at daylight: pavement clear, entries open, curb lines visible again. By the time the first shift arrives, the night's work has already disappeared into ordinary.
