About Milstone Properties

At four in the morning Oberlin is a grid of streetlights and falling snow — the kind that comes off Lake Erie ten miles north and keeps coming long after the sky should have run out. Milstone Properties works those hours, plowing drives and lots, clearing walkways, laying salt so the first person out the door at six meets bare pavement instead of a rut. There is a deep satisfaction in a lot that stands finished and square-cornered while the town is still asleep. Storm after storm, the measure of the work is whether anybody had to think about it. Snow work takes them across Oberlin and the surrounding Lorain County towns.
