Mike's Snow Removal

About Mike's Snow Removal

Bedford's school buses start moving well before sunrise, and the driveways along Sterns Road need to be open before they do. Mike's Snow Removal works that window — plowing drives and lots, shoveling walks and steps, and putting down salt where the ice sets up hardest. Southeast Michigan can hand over four wet inches or a whole night of squalls blowing in off the lake, and the plan changes with whatever shows up. There is nothing complicated about the job and nothing easy about it either: get up, get out, get people moving. A cleared drive at six in the morning is the plainest kind of good news.
