About Lorence Landscaping

November in Huron County is wind with nothing at all to stop it — snow crossing bare bean fields sideways and piling into drifts against the county roads. Lorence Landscaping reads that forecast the way other people read a clock, and when it comes the plow goes out: driveways opened, lots cleared to their corners, ice knocked back with salt at the steps and along the walks. Then April arrives and the same ground wants mowing, trimming, an edge re-cut where the turf has crept over the concrete, the whole yard raked clean of what winter abandoned there. Two very different kinds of morning, one standard applied to both. Norwalk and its neighboring towns, all twelve months.
