Zenone Land & Waterscapes

About Zenone Land & Waterscapes

Some eight miles south of Lake Erie, the land here lies flat enough to hold a morning's rain a while, and September dusk finds every North Ridgeville lawn wet to the ankle and quietly glowing. Zenone Land & Waterscapes tends grass in exactly that light — mowing on a rhythm a yard can keep up with, edges drawn clean along the drive and the beds, trimming into the corners a mower cannot reach, leaves gathered once the maples finally give in. Autumn is the season that tells the truth about a lawn; whatever was done for it back in June is showing now. There is a quiet pleasure in pulling out at the end of an afternoon and looking back at a yard put right. North Ridgeville, Avon, Sheffield and the streets in between — grass tended, week by week.
