About Grass Hound LLC

North College Hill sits up on the ridge northwest of the Cincinnati basin, where the streets tilt and every front yard is a short green shelf held above the sidewalk. Grass Hound LLC works those small, steep lots — mowing across the slope, trimming the strip along the retaining wall, edging the walk until the concrete shows its full width again, and pulling clippings out of the gutter line before rain can carry them off. There is more handwork per square foot here than out in flat country, and that is exactly what makes a finished yard along Hamilton Avenue look so sharp from the street. Ohio Valley summers are humid and generous, the grass takes full advantage, and the mower keeps its weekly appointment because of it. Spring cleanup and fall leaves bracket the whole run.
