Retro Landscaping and Snowplowing

About Retro Landscaping and Snowplowing

The first plowable inch usually shows up in November, up in the headwater country where the Chagrin is still small enough to step across. Retro Landscaping and Snowplowing takes that first storm as seriously as the last one: driveways opened, turnarounds cleared, walkways scraped down to a surface a person can stand on. Newbury roads wind and dip and the driveways off them do the same, so much of the skill is knowing where the culvert hides under all that white. The truck runs through the dark and the yard lights, one property at a time. Morning comes, and a driveway is a driveway again.
