About L&L Property Service

Newark once pressed glass by the trainload, and every few winters the weather makes its own version — a freezing rain that coats fences, wires and every step in town. L&L Property Service goes out into that: plowing driveways and lots, chopping and clearing walks, spreading salt until the glaze finally loses its grip. Ice asks a different kind of patience than snow does, all timing and a second pass an hour later. The satisfaction is a set of front steps somebody can actually walk down at seven in the morning. When the sun comes out afterward the whole valley glitters, and nobody has to fall to enjoy it.
