About IC Property Services LLC

Route 79 runs south out of Newark toward Heath past the plazas and the mall, the kind of corridor where a cleared walk or a mown strip either happens or is very obviously missed. IC Property Services LLC handles both ends of that calendar — mowing, trimming and edging through the growing months, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the pavement goes white. October dusk out there smells like cut grass and cold air at the same time. Winter reaches the low ground first and hangs on longest against the north side of any building. Keeping a property usable, week after week, is the plain and satisfying shape of the work.
