Wightman's Landscaping

About Wightman's Landscaping

The hollows and low kettles around the Portage Lakes hold water and cold in about equal measure — the grass in them greens up first and the frost in them lingers longest. Wightman's Landscaping reads that ground both ways: mowing, trimming and edging through the season, cleanups in spring and fall, and plowing, shoveling and salting once New Franklin goes white. A yard on rolling ground wants an operator who knows where to turn and where not to. A drive on a grade wants salt in the right place before the first car ever tries it. Doing both across the same year is what keeps a property looking looked-after.
