About Hester lawn care

By mid-July the Miami Valley air goes thick and sweet, and every Monroe yard grows an inch a week whether anyone is watching or not. Hester Lawn Care keeps up with it — mowing, string trimming, edging the walks until the concrete shows a clean line again. There is a particular pleasure in the last pass of a hot afternoon, when the stripes lie down in the light and the clippings are swept off the drive. Between the subdivisions and the fields that still edge them, the aim is the same: give a place its shape back. Come September the growth slows and the evenings cool, and the mower keeps its rhythm anyway.
