Ohio Snow Pros

About Ohio Snow Pros

The storms that matter around Toledo usually settle in overnight, and by four in the morning the flat ground of Monclova Township is one continuous white surface with the highway into the city buried somewhere under it. Ohio Snow Pros are already out — plowing lots and driveways, opening entrances, shoveling walks and spreading salt while the wind is still pushing drift back across the work. The whole job is a race against a commute nobody thinks about until it fails. When the first cars roll onto clear pavement at six and the lot lines show black against the banks, the night has paid off. Then the lights come on inside the buildings and nobody has to think about the weather at all.
