Mock Property Services

About Mock Property Services

Mogadore sits astride the Summit and Portage county line, and a storm here has a way of arriving on a Sunday night, when the lots are empty and the whole village is asleep. That is when Mock Property Services likes it — a clean sheet, no cars to work around, room to stack the piles where they will not blind a driver pulling out. Lots get scraped corner to corner, entrances and sidewalks opened, salt worked into the spots that refreeze once the sun drops behind the buildings. Come Monday nobody notices anything, which is exactly the point. The work runs across Mogadore and the ground toward Akron, Brimfield and Suffield all winter long.
