About C. Armstrong Excavating LLC.

Millersburg climbs, and in winter the climb is the whole story, because the streets running up toward the courthouse turn slick before anything else in town. C. Armstrong Excavating LLC. takes on the snow: plowing drives and lots, pushing banks back where there is room, opening walkways and treating the grades and doorways. Storms come across from the west and pile into the Killbuck valley, so a lot that looked fine at midnight can be buried by six. The blade goes down and the place is usable again, which is the entire measure of a night's work. It is plain work, and Holmes County winters ask for plenty of it.
