About Buckeye Lawns Ltd

The hills around Millersburg fold one into the next, and the yards fold with them — few of them flat, most sloping off toward a creek bottom or a barn lane. Buckeye Lawns Ltd mows that terrain the way it has to be mowed: across the grade, close to the edges, with hand trimming where a machine would slide and blowers to clear the drives afterward. Spring brings bed cleanups and mulch, and October brings the hillside maples down in quantity. Out past the last houses the pastures climb, and the county keeps a slower pace than the highways do. A hill lawn cut evenly is a small and genuine accomplishment.
