About Proven Property Care

Some townships are one thing the whole way through; Millcreek is not. Ridge road gives way to creek bottom in the space of a quarter mile, and a lawn on the high side grows nothing like the one down near the water. Proven Property Care reads that difference for a living — mowing, trimming, crisp edges and bed work matched to the ground each yard actually sits on. A spring morning here is worth the early start, mist still lying in the low fields, the first cut of the year laid down clean and even. By the time the trailer comes back out in October the leaves are already moving, and the season closes the way it opened: squared up, swept, put right for winter.
