About Nextreal llc

Late summer around Milan is melon season, when the sandy Erie County ground gives up its crop and the village fills for the festival over Labor Day weekend. Nextreal llc keeps yards mown through that stretch and well on either side of it, working the streets in town and the properties strung out along the state route. A breeze off the lake takes the edge off the afternoons, which makes for good mowing weather and grass that keeps going when other places brown out. Edging along drives and walks, trimming around posts and beds, then clearing the cuttings — that sequence is what makes a lawn look intentional. Come autumn the same yards get their leaves taken off and one last cut before winter.
