About Berns Landscaping

On the summer mornings when hot-air balloons lift over Middletown, half the city seems to be standing on its lawns, faces turned to the sky. Berns Landscaping makes sure that grass is worth standing on — cut to a uniform height, edged sharp at the street, trimmed close around mailbox posts and porch steps. It is a landscaping company's eye brought down to the scale of a single Middletown yard. Through the July heat the work keeps lawns from going ragged, and the lines hold their shape from one visit to the next. Long after the balloons have drifted off over the river, the yard below still looks crisp.
