About Meyer Products

Lake Erie writes its own forecast, and Mayfield sits right where the lake unloads it — a band sets up offshore, drifts inland, and six inches land while the radio still says flurries. Meyer Products works those nights: plowing lots and drives along the SOM Center Road side of town, cutting the banks back, salting walks so the morning has somewhere to put its feet. The snow belt rarely delivers one enormous storm; it delivers twenty modest ones back to back, and the only answer is returning. There is a particular quiet at three in the morning with a cleared lot behind you and the lake still throwing snow at the windshield. That is the shape of the work here.
