About Smart Call Property Services, LLC

Every Marion winter begins with the same phone call, made the night before the weather turns. Smart Call Property Services, LLC answers it year-round — plowing and salting drives, lots and walks when snow rides the wind in off the open county, mowing and trimming and edging once the ditches green up again and the fields go into corn. The roads out toward Prospect and Green Camp teach you how weather really behaves here: it does not stop at the city limits, and neither does the route. A cleared entrance at daybreak and a lawn cut straight in July are the same act of keeping a place in order. That is what shows up on the calendar, in both directions.
