About Schill Grounds Management

The highway north of Marion is empty at two in the morning, which is precisely when the winter work begins. Schill Grounds Management runs snow and ice for properties that cannot afford to open late — plowing lots, cutting clean paths at the doors, and putting salt down early enough that it goes to work before the pack sets. Storms on this side of Ohio arrive fast and wide, sweeping across ground with no hills to slow them, so the routes are timed backward from the moment the first vehicle turns in. By sunrise the piles are set where they will not block a lane, the walks are dry, and the property looks like an ordinary Tuesday. That is the standard: no drama, just pavement.
