About Johnson Property Services

Marion has been an early-rising town since freight crews first worked the yards on the west side, and winter never talked it out of the habit. Johnson Property Services runs the dark hours — plowing drives and lots, opening the walkways, putting salt down ahead of the first shift so nobody's morning begins on ice. Snow rarely arrives politely here; it comes sideways off open ground and rebuilds a cleared drive twice before sunrise, so the route simply gets run again. The quiet satisfaction is a lot at six in the morning that looks like nothing ever happened to it. That is the whole aim of the job.
