About Kidder Tree Service LLC

Marietta stands at the meeting of the Muskingum and the Ohio, hills at its back, a brick levee at its front, and river fog rising most mornings before the heat does. Kidder Tree Service LLC works the bottomland streets and the hillside lots above them — clearing the big riverbank hardwoods when they finally give out, trimming crowns back off porch roofs and wires, pruning to hold a shade tree over a yard for another generation. When a storm runs up the valley the cleanup is limbs, leaders and whole stems, and the aim is a clear drive by the end of the day. Working above a century-old brick sidewalk means rigging pieces down rather than dropping them. The finish is what matters: clean cuts, swept walks, and nothing left behind but shade.
