About Brian Barth Excavating LLC

Marietta sits where the Muskingum comes down into the Ohio, and the hills around it keep whole streets in shade from December into March. Brian Barth Excavating LLC plows through those nights — brick streets and steep drives, lots opened corner to corner, walks cleared and salted where the shade has already decided the pavement will stay frozen. River fog can settle onto a swept surface and glaze it before dawn, so the de-icing matters as much as the pushing. Drives that climb from the flat up into the hill neighborhoods need their snow taken off and away, not merely nudged to one side. With the landing gray and empty and every drive open, the town gets to keep its own schedule.
