Oasis Lawn Care & Snow Removal

About Oasis Lawn Care & Snow Removal

Park Avenue West turns gold around eight o'clock in July, and a lawn cut that afternoon holds the light in stripes, like something poured. Oasis Lawn Care & Snow Removal works those Mansfield yards — mowing, trimming, edging along the walk until the line between grass and concrete is one clean seam, and hauling off the clippings so nothing is left behind but the smell of it. Near Kingwood Center's walled gardens the standard for a kept yard runs high, and it travels down the side streets from there. Come winter the same trucks are out under a different sky, plowing driveways, opening walks and putting salt where the shade keeps ice honest. There is a particular satisfaction in a drive that's black and wet at six in the morning while the yard beside it is still white.
