About Kirsch Properties

Tioga County cold has a dry edge to it, the kind that makes snow squeak underfoot along the river flats below town. Kirsch Properties works Mansfield's winter, plowing driveways and lots, clearing entries and walkways, laying salt on the pitches where the town's hills tip traffic down toward a stop sign. Northern-tier storms roll in off the high ground west of Route 15 and then settle in to stay a while, so a property gets cleared more than once when they do. The town that first lit a football field after dark still keeps its own hours in January, and the plows keep them right alongside it. Morning arrives to open pavement, and everything else in the day can finally begin.
