Full Tilt Stump Grinding

About Full Tilt Stump Grinding

Mansfield sits where the flat ground quits and the hills begin, and its older neighborhoods are laid out under maples that were planted when the streets were new. Full Tilt Stump Grinding cleans up after those trees when their time comes — the removal, the trimming of what stays, then the grinder chewing a stump down past its roots until the ground can take seed. Fall is the busy stretch, with the leaves down and every dead crown obvious against the sky. Grinding in town is a puzzle of gates, water lines and fence corners, and the machine goes exactly where it is told to go. Once the chips are hauled and the topsoil is raked in, all that is left is lawn.
