Foncannon's turf care

About Foncannon's turf care

Mansfield sits on a divide: rain that falls on one side of town heads off toward the Rocky Fork, and rain on the other goes its own way entirely. Foncannon's turf care works that high ground at first light, when the dew is still heavy and turf takes a cut cleanly. Mowing, trimming, edging, and the cleanups at each end of the year make up the whole list, and doing them on time is the entire trick. Grass here grows in bursts — sullen through a dry August, wild after a week of storms — so you read the lawn before you start it. Read it right, cut it right, and the place looks good from the road all summer long.
