AM Property Maintenance

About AM Property Maintenance

Mansfield wakes early along Park Avenue West, where the storefront sidewalks are lit long before the sky is. AM Property Maintenance takes that first hour of a winter day — plow, shovel, then salt — so a driveway is a clean rectangle of pavement before the coffee is poured. The city sits high on the plateau, better than a thousand feet up, which is why a gray smear of cloud over Lake Erie can arrive here with real weight. By May the same trucks carry mowers, and the work becomes weekly cuts, trimmed fencelines and an edge laid straight along the walk. Two kinds of labor, one property at a time, all the way around the calendar.
