About S.E.T., Inc.

On the coldest mornings in Lowellville, the Mahoning River gives off a thin steam that hangs over the water while the village is still dark. S.E.T., Inc. is out in that blue hour, plowing and clearing drives, lots and walkways along Water Street and the streets that rise from the river. The Mahoning Valley gets its share of gray, snowy winters, and a storm that lands overnight needs answering before anyone heads to work. The standard is plain to see: surfaces scraped bare, entrances opened, piles stacked out of the way. As the sky over the valley lightens, the village wakes to routes already cleared.
