About Grunder Landscaping Co.

Downtown Loveland is a few blocks of brick storefronts pressed between the river and the trail, and in the evening the light comes off them warm. Grunder Landscaping Co. works the ground around all of it — mowing and trimming through the season, edging beds, spreading mulch, setting plants, hauling out the debris that spring and fall pile up. When the storms arrive the same attention goes to blade and salt: drives opened, walks scraped down, lots cleared while the town is still dark. Landscaping is one of the few kinds of work where the result is public, visible from the street, and either right or not. Loveland and the towns along the river are where that shows.
