About Mahon Property Maintenance LLC

From a few streets away the Louisville water tower is the first thing you see over the rooftops, and on a flat gray February afternoon it is about the only landmark that isn't white. Mahon Property Maintenance LLC works both ends of that year — plowing drives and lots, shoveling walks and spreading salt once the northeast Ohio cold digs in. Come the green half it is mowing, edging, trimming, mulch and the leaf hauling that finishes things off in November. Keeping the same properties all the way around means knowing where water pools, where the drifts land, which strip of grass burns first in a dry July. That knowledge is most of the job; the equipment just carries it out.
