About The Briar Field Company

East of Louisville the streets give out into Stark County farm ground, and nearly every yard out that way keeps a conversation going with the fencerow behind it. The Briar Field Company mows, trims and edges right on that boundary, where clipped grass meets goldenrod and briar and the light in late August turns the color of straw by six in the evening. A lawn cut well holds its own shape against all that — the last pass laid straight, the border swept, the clippings carried off. Cleanups come in their turn, spring and fall, when the beds need opening and a yard needs a fresh start. It is plain work with a visible result, done for the houses of Louisville and the townships around it.
