About BH Services

Winter in Logan has its own hush — the sandstone cliffs south of town wear ice, the hemlocks hold their snow, and the Hocking River runs black between white banks. BH Services works the other side of all that beauty, the part that has to be dealt with by six in the morning. Snow gets pushed off the drives and lots around town, walks get opened, and ice gets salted before it can turn a single step into trouble. Hocking County roads climb and dip and hold their drifts in odd places, so it pays to know which driveway fills first when the wind comes around. The measure of a good night here is undramatic: everybody gets out, nobody slides, and the day in Logan starts on time.
