A-1 Tree Service

About A-1 Tree Service

Lockland took its name from the canal locks that once stepped boats down the Mill Creek valley, and the valley still shapes the town — narrow lots, close houses, the rail line, and tall trees that have stood through all of it. A-1 Tree Service works that tight ground below the ridge, rigging removals out of backyards a wheelbarrow wide and trimming crowns back off the gutters and the drop line. Summers in this valley come in heavy and humid and end in storms that snap limbs from the biggest stems; cleanup starts early, while the street is still cool. Pruning through the off months keeps those same trees from ever making that call again. Every job ends the same way — brush chipped, walk swept, gate latched.
