About Boroff Built Property Management

Downtown Lima wakes in stages — lights on in one storefront, then the next, then the lot behind them starting to fill. Boroff Built Property Management works ahead of all of it through the winter, plowing lots and drives, shoveling entries and walks, salting the steps and that shaded strip of sidewalk that never sees the sun in January. Winters here are mostly gray and grinding rather than dramatic: two inches, then freezing drizzle, then wind, then more of the same on Thursday. That is exactly the weather that keeps a door shut if nobody is watching it, and the point of the work is a door that opens on time. Clear pavement, salted walks, nobody late because of the sky.
