Barter Lawns

About Barter Lawns

Blacklick Creek slips west through Etna Township without much fuss, and the yards it passes hold their green a little longer for it. Barter Lawns mows, trims and edges those lawns, hauling off the clippings and clearing the beds when the growing slows. Late-August evenings here run long and gold, the kind where a fresh-cut yard cools fast and the smell of it lingers well past supper. A straight edge along a driveway seems like a small thing until you see one that isn't, and then it is the only thing. Barter Lawns works across Etna Township and out toward Pataskala, Kirkersville and Hebron.
