South Greene Lawn

About South Greene Lawn

At noon in the middle of a Warren County summer the cicadas take over the hedgerows, the Osage orange throws about four feet of shade, and the only cool thing for a mile is the underside of a big maple in somebody's front yard. South Greene Lawn is out working in that anyway. The routine is mowing on a set day, trimming where the blade cannot reach, edging the walk into a hard clean line, then clearing the clippings off the concrete so nothing tracks inside. Grass grows fast in this valley and forgives nothing, which is exactly why the schedule matters more than the machine. Pull into the drive afterward and the whole place has that even, combed look Lebanon lawns get when somebody is paying attention.
